A conversion of the former Cunard Building’s 9,000 sq.ft ground floor Ticketing Hall into an event space located in the heart of lower Manhattan’s Financial District. MLG received approval from Landmarks for interior and exterior modifications to restore the Italian Neo-Renaissance masterpiece and to convert and upgrade the new event space program.
